Dimensions below are artwork dimensions in pixels (width × height). Supply separate desktop and mobile files; they scale proportionally without cropping. Homepage banners use a compact 8:1 ratio on desktop and 3:1 on mobile; section banners use 3:1 and 3:2. The homepage hero stays unchanged.
Featured listing
One landscape image (1200 × 800 px), title up to 70 characters, description up to 350 characters and one destination link.
Display banner
Desktop: 1440 × 480 px (3:1), up to 500 KB. Mobile: 720 × 480 px (3:2), up to 300 KB. Supply both versions as static JPG, PNG or WebP. One destination link and accessible description. Keep all text at least 5% inside the edges.
Video spotlight
MP4 (H.264), 16:9, 1920 × 1080 px preferred, 15–45 seconds, up to 25 MB. Include English captions or a transcript, a poster image and one destination link.
For every format, include your organization’s name, event dates, location, weapons, age or experience requirements, registration link and preferred campaign dates. Send a download link to your files; this form does not upload files.
Supply material you own or have permission to use, including any music in a video. You supply finished artwork. We can quote design or video editing separately.
Designed to fit BenFencing
Static banners only: no animated GIFs, flashing effects, pop-ups, autoplay, audio or embedded scripts. Navy, white and muted gold match the site. On the homepage use one short headline of up to 8 words, one logo and one call to action. Section banners may also include event dates and location. Avoid dense text, collages and simulated site navigation.
All materials require design approval before publication; files outside these specifications must be revised. We agree the start date after approval, and the 30-day period starts when the advertisement goes live.
How booking works
- Choose a package and send an inquiry with your preferred dates and materials.
- We review the advertisement and confirm the available placement, final cost and publication dates by email.
- After approval and payment, we publish it for the agreed period.
Every paid placement is labeled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”. Rates are per individual placement or the complete package selected; exclusive placement and guaranteed impressions, clicks or registrations are not included. Availability and any applicable tax are confirmed in the quote. Secure payment links open the payment provider’s checkout. Publication dates and materials remain subject to review; contact us before paying if you need a specific date.
